Clean and dry the area where you want to apply the tattoo. Cut out the desired tattoo design. Remove the clear protective film. Place the tattoo face down on your skin. Wet the back of the tattoo with a damp cloth. Press and hold for 30 seconds, then gently remove the paper backing. Allow the tattoo to dry naturally.
